Remedy for Thyroid

Note: Do consult your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment of this condition. Use home remedies just as an adjunct treatment.
Hypothyroidism occurs when the  thyroid gland is under active. It affects the body’s metabolism rate, which is controlled primarily by the thyroid gland.
Some of the common symptoms associated with hypothyroidism are fatigue, increased sensitivity to cold, constipation, dry skin, puffy face, hoarse voice, muscle cramping, sudden weight gain, depression and brittle fingernails and hair.
Many natural remedies can help control this health problem.

 Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids that help improve Thyroid functioning. It will also stimulate metabolism and boost energy.  Plus, it will help raise the Basal Body Temperature  which is important for those those dealing with low thyroid function.
  • Use Coconut oil for cooking. Always use Extra-Virgin organic coconut cooking oil.
  • You can also add two tablespoons of coconut oil to milk and drink it in the morning along with your breakfast every day. You can also add it to your smoothies.

Kelp

Kelp is a brown seaweed rich in Iodine and other minerals. It is useful for those suffering from Hypothyroidism due to iodine deficiency. However, this remedy is not recommended for those suffering from autoimmune thyroid problems or else it may worsen the condition.
So, do consult your doctor before taking kelp supplements to check if it is suitable for you and find the correct dosage specific to your condition.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar (A C V) may also help deal with this thyroid disorder. It is believed that it aids detoxification, restores acid alkaline balance, facilitates weight loss, and helps regulate hormones and improve their energy metabolism.
Apple Cider Vinegar is also beneficial for other health problems like Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and others.
  1. Add two tablespoons of organic Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of warm water.
  2. Mix in a little Honey.
  3. Drink this solution daily on a regular basis.

 Fish Oils

Fish oils are considered good for increasing Thyroid Hormone uptake and maintaining healthy thyroid function. Being rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, they also fight inflammation and increase immunity.
Take Fish oil supplements after consulting your doctor, especially if you are taking blood thinners. The general dosage is up to 3 grams per day.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D deficiency has been associated with several autoimmune diseases, including Thyroid disease. Exposure to early Sunshine is a good way to generate the Vitamin D required by the body.
So, expose your body to early morning Sun rays for about 15 minutes daily. This will also help maintain healthy immune function and Calcium metabolism.
Those suffering from Hypothyroidism can make it a habit to wake up in the morning and do some healthy Exercises (stimulates the thyroid gland), such as walking outdoors. You’ll get the early Sunshine as well as benefit from the Physical Exercise.

Berries
From Strawberries to Blueberries to Raspberries—the choice is yours. Berries pack a powerful punch because they’re bursting with Antioxidants, which keep your immune system strong. Eat a serving of Berries every day.

Berries

Cinnamon Bark

1- 4 gm a day of ground Cinnamon Bark is the recommended daily dosage. For Cinnamon Oil, the daily dose is 0.05 to 0.2 gm daily. In one study it was found that 1-6 gm Cinnamon taken daily for 4 months offered benefits for type-2 diabetes. 1 tsp ground Cinnamon is equivalent to 4.75 gm.
Eggs
Eggs live up to their title of The Perfect Food, especially when it comes to balancing hormones through diet. They provide a concentrated source of thyroid-supporting building blocks like Protein, Cholesterol, B Vitamins, fat-soluble Vitamins, and Minerals.
Contrary to the belief of mainstream (or, as I say, mislead) nutrition, the Yolks – not Whites – are the most nutritious part of the Egg. Take a look at the nutrition highlights of Eggs:
  •  Iodine – everyone knows that the Thyroid gland requires Iodine to create thyroid hormones. But did you know that eating 2-3 Eggs per day can fulfill 20-30% of your daily iodine requirement?
  • Selenium – both the Egg Yolk and the White provides an excellent source of Selenium. This mineral supports the conversion of thyroid hormone T 4 into the use able form of T 3.
  • Fat-soluble Vitamins – the Egg Yolk contains all of the fat-soluble Vitamins in the Egg. These vitamins A, D, E, and K all support Thyroid.
  • B Vitamins – B vitamins support Blood Sugar balance and energy levels. Egg Yolks are particularly high in Choline, which supports the detox pathways and hormone balance.
  • Cholesterol – although demonized by scientists with poor research habits, the beneficial qualities of dietary Cholesterol is slowly garnering attention. Dietary Cholesterol from pasture-raised Egg Yolks only does a body good. Dietary Cholesterol supports the synthesis of balanced sex hormones, therefore aiding Thyroid

Dairy

There is an association between Vitamin D deficiency and Hashimoto's disease, the most common cause of Hypothyroidism, according to a study in the issue of August 2011 issue of the journal "Thyroid". Fortified milk not only has added vitamin D, but also significant amounts of Calcium, Protein, and Iodine. Because Hashimoto's may also lead to changes that contribute to gut issues like heartburn, foods such as yogurt with good bacteria may help regulate other bacteria, Dodell says.

Beans
An inexpensive and versatile food, beans are a great source for sustained energy, which can be helpful if hypothyroidism leaves you feeling drained. Beans contain protein, antioxidants, complex carbohydrates, and loads of vitamins and minerals. They are also high in fiber, which can be beneficial if you suffer with constipation, a common side effect of hypothyroidism. If you're new to beans, there are many varieties to try, all of which can be used as the base for entrées, as side dishes, and to enhance soups, salads, and stews. Just be sure not to overdo it — guidelines recommend that adults get 20 to 35 grams of fiber each day, but excess fiber can interfere with your hypothyroidism treatment.

  1. It is no secret that I have a very deep and personal relationship with God. I have pushed and resisted that relationship this past year through all the bullshit I have had to go through living with Herpes but once again, God is bigger than my stubbornness and broke through that outbreak cold sore and all I had Genital Herpes. For me personally, hearing over and over how I am not good enough has really invaded my mind in the worst way possible. I completely shut down and I was just waking up like is this how life going to end this temporary herpes outbreak “fuck everybody with herpes if you know what I mean” but let's be honest here...
It is cowardly to say no to herbal medicine. It is fear based. And it is dishonest to what my heart wants. Don't build a wall around yourself because you are afraid of herbals made or taking a bold step especially when it comes to health issues and getting cured. So many young men/ women tell me over and over that Dr Itua is going to scam me but I give him a try to today I feel like no one will ever convince me about herbal medicine I accept Dr Itua herbal medicine because it's cure my herpes just two weeks of drinking it and i have been living for a year and months now I experience outbreak no more, You can contact him if you need his herbal medicine for any such diseases like, Herpes, Parkinson, Diabetes, Hepatitis, Syndrome, Cancers, HIV, Epilepsy, Infertility, and any kind of disease & Infections Love Spell,. Email..drituaherbalcenter@gmail.com www.drituaherbalcenter.com then what's app.+2348149277967.... My advice to any sick men/women out there is simple... Be Always an open book. Be gut wrenching, honest about yourself, your situation, and what you are all about. Don't hold anything back. Holding back will get you nowhere...maybe a one way ticket to lonelyville and that is NOT somewhere you want to be. So my final truth...and I'm just starting to grasp this one..
