BENEFITS OF BEETROOT,TOMATO & CARROT JUICE

Tomatoes are full of Vitamin C, rich in Vitamin A, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin B 1, Vitamin B 6, and many others. Carrots rich in Vitamin A improves eyesight. Beetroots are beneficial, because it is high in Nitrate content. You will find that this combo juice is a stimulating drink and it is also beneficial to the Digestive System because it is great source of fiber. This juice combo is definitely a strong antioxidant.   It is claimed that the properties in Beetroot is good for circulation and help to calm the Nerves and also it can drastically help in lowering High-Blood pressure. Ingredients for the detox juice:
  • 500 gm Beetroot
  • 500 gm Carrots
  • 500 gm Tomatoes
  • 250 gm Candy Sugar(Misri)
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • 5 cups of Water 
  • Blender/Juicer
Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Preparation Method:
1. Peel and roughly chop the Beetroot, Carrots and the Tomatoes and blend them in a blender/juicer using 1 cup of Water.
2. Grind them into a fine paste, add more Water if required while blending. Bring the Juice to your desired consistency by adding more Water if required.
3. Strain it and pour it in a Big vessel and add Candy Sugar and put on the stove with high flame and stir it constantly till the Juice thickens(like a Squash).  Let it cool down and pour it in a glass jar or a bottle and Refrigerate it.

Mixing of Juice:
Mix 3 tbsp of the Juice in 1 glass of Water and add 1 tsp Honey and half Lemon.  Drink it daily twice or thrice.
